This morning T and I were snuggling after breakfast. He melts in my arms when we snuggle...it is sooooo sweet. I worked up a bit of courage and asked him "Do you remember the orphanage?" and he said "yes."
Me: What do you remember?
T: We were in Africa, and I cried and cried b/c I couldn't find my mommy.
Me: Really? What else do you remember?
T: Then, YOU came to get me.
Me: And how did you feel about that?
T: HAPPY!!!
Me: Why were you happy?
Addie: BE-CAUSE!! YOU came to get us and bring us HOME.
T: Yeah! I happy YOU my mommy!!!
Tears. Melted hearts. Thankfulness. Beauty for ashes...
